Similar problem here. You have to understand that even people without social anxiety and depression would get depressed while working 12 or more hours a day for longer period. I am ok on my days off, but when i get to work constant exposure to people knocks me down. At the beginning i used it as advantage to practice exposure. It helped a lot.
Now, i am just to tired and i plan to change job. It's not easy, but sooner or later oportunity will arise.
Please stick with the therapy. Sometimes, even if you don't feel like it works, it brings good results after a while.
