Hey sweetie....I hear you...I've started a little over a month ago and I'm not too sure I'm doing this right. I don't get around to practicing EVERY DAY, but I do most of the time. My biggest hurdle for now (which is only up to where I got) is catching the ANTS. And finding a distraction, I mean, when Im in the exact midst of an anxiety outburst (blushing, etc I blush A LOT which is my biggest problem with this SAD thing) I just can't see how distracting myself would do. I teach English, and when Im with the students and I get a blushing episode or something, how the heck do I get my mind off of feeling like a total idiot if I can't get around to acting on a distraction right there and then....uurrgghh, I don't know, we just gotta keep practicing hun...Let me know how I can be of help. If you come up with an idea of how we can work through therapy together at least every once in a while, let me know!!! much luck!!! and don't give up. YOU'RE NOT ALONE.
