I am in Bristol, UK. There is no behavioural therapy groups here so I’m starting one. I’m looking for advice from anyone that has attended a behavioural therapy group about how to conduct it. I’ve already recruited a few people from local support groups and forums.
I will encourage others to look into the social anxiety institute as the cognitive therapy learned in this series is very helpful.
I have made good progress by doing behavioural experiments recently and want to keep the momentum going.
What happens in Dr Richards therapy groups? Is there a certain format?
Do I have to work on my specific fears in order to get better or does doing behavioural therapy in general help?
