regarding concentration issues, try meditation and sport if you havent. i used to be a lot worse at concentration as i am now, i think this is mostly due to changed habits. working out every couple of days, much less time spent at on the computer, better sleep.
also im less angy than i used to be. i really didnt think about this much, i just remember that it used to be different. i think the same rules that apply to anxiety apply to anger as well. you accept it but dont dwell on it, not act on it.
