Question about session 10


So are we suppose to be doing the whole negative stop thinking process and then turning the table on the ants or do we just use the new strategies right away after negative thoughts

Sometimes I’ll just use the negative thought stoppage in the moment and then later when I’m feeling calmer/more rational I can turn the tables on the ANTs. Sometimes I’ll also turn the tables on the ANTs during my reading of the handouts, as this reminds me to do it with particular instances I’m currently dealing with in my life. There are no hard and fast rules though, so try it a few different ways and see what works for you. :slight_smile:
