I just susbcribed to the social anxiety course in hope for a solution but after reading the informations in session 1 (especially the DM5 definition) I'm not sure I fit in.
I have anxiety when I meet people (any people even people I know). I'm always feeling people are talking bad things about e but generally as soon as I feel "accepted" the anxiety goes away. But if somebody say anything that I judge rude it becomes definitively impossible to recreate bonds with this person.
Also I found that my anxiety can happen after an event (for example I can feel anxiety days after an exam) and it's not related with the kind of event itself (for example I can feel anxiety after the exam even if I passed it successfully).
Generally any change to my surroundings or habits leads to extreme bouts of anxiety and nightmares.
Does it fit with social anxiety ?
