Hey balqis! I'd say give it some time for you to settle in.
Especially considering how you've got S.A. to deal with, don't pressure yourself to impress or contribute much (Unless you are that confident!) cause it's always better imo, for new guy to be modest and humble. In fact, if you can, try to have the mentality where you are there to learn and actually try to engage with people to get them to teach you things that you don't know or even things you do. Why?
For one, you'd be learning things and building the bonds that you'd need to survive in that environment. Second, you'll be showing everyone that you're not an ass but someone who's putting in the effort to fit in. The fact that you're "Sociable" (Just by asking for people's expertise, everyone wanna feel like an expert- give em what they want!) makes you seem approachable too.
Ultimately, you sound like a competent person in your field so I wouldn't worry too much. With time, your S.A. will cool down as you start to get to know people there. Important thing now is to get to know them and let them get to know you
Everyone gets judged, the only thing that's key here is- how are you judging yourself?
People can judge and see you as an epic hero but if you see yourself as a useless tool, it can and will be transferred over to them too XD
Don't worry too much, try your best to shift your mentality, See the fact that you, a newbie, being in a new environment as a way of experiencing another way of life. It's exciting, another adventure coming up ahead!
New friendships are gonna be made too- woooo exciting! Look forward to your day in that perspective and go in as a learner, it'll help. There will be some dicks, naturally. They are likely going to appear but don't let a few jackasses ruin your life lol. Ignore them unless they start pestering you.
Usually, they just "Talk bad" about you (if they don't like you) for a few moments. Afterwards, everyone forgets about it all. All in all, just have fun and enjoy being the newbie! You only get to experience that once in that environment y'know?
If you wanna make it into a challenge, kick it up a notch.
What I used to do is connecting myself with the newcomers. I would do that because I remember always being alone when I first came in so I took it up as a challenge to try and make everyone fit in. Guess what? It worked out beautifully for me because the newcomers know that they can come to me and suddenly, I'm like the new popular guy whom everyone knows lol.
Of course, to achieve that, you gotta ensure you're competent in your work too, otherwise, you'd be infamous for something bad XD
If you got questions etc, do feel free to ask! I'd love to help in anyway if I can
