I don't experience blushing so much but I do experience other symptoms that are anxiety aggravating! My face "froze" when I get anxious and people think I'm mad or sad....it's the worst...
As for the Holy Basil, it's my new found natural relief that really works for me. I read a book by Dr Andrew Weil, called ' Spontanous happiness" and this is where I first heard of Holy basil. For me , it really helps with the emotional response that I have in social setting. When I take it, I don't feel this huge rush of adrenaline coming in me. I feel more calm and I'm able to have a better grip of the negative thought.
