It's my first time to write here but really something mentioned in this session that got me confused about my steps to overcome social anxiety.
I work only online with the sessions and follow everthing in it as much as possible but i went to two doctors before starting the therapy and they want me to do their therapy in group ( but patients their with other problems not SA ) also they need me to take medicines which i think not needed after getting better from first month with dr rechard therapy.
So isn't it enough to follow everthing here and trying to apply it in real life social situations ? OR i have to go in a group therapy weekely to overcome social anxiety ? ( This doesn't to exist here in my country )
Do i have alternatively be in any group of friends or people weekly ?
