I'm really glad to hear that you're still doing so well, Fozzy!
I was just starting to worry that maybe you were running out of steam.. I was probably just projecting though... I found week 6 to be a little less applicable to me than some previous sessions and I found myself skipping some days (though often I'd feel guilty and do a bit before bed instead of in the morning when it's best). Anyway -- week 7 is better and I'm feeling kinda back on track.
I think I did learn something from my rough week though -- and that's simply to keep it up and follow the program. It's worth going over stuff for the week even if it doesn't seem to really "speak" to you or your problems as well as other material. Sometimes, going over it for that week will either help you understand how it actually DOES apply more than you thought -- or you'll find something else to take away from it. Even if I don't take away exactly what Dr. Richards intended from a handout (because it really didn't apply very well to my particular case of social anxiety), I can usually take away something positive. As we get further along and there's more and more previous info/handouts to go back over and remember, a natural process happens where you keep going back to the things that still need reinforcing and stop going back to the ones that you've gotten everything out of that you're going to!
Anyway... lol Thanks for the update!
