Geesh.. I'm becoming a little relaxed to adding to this log.. can't believe it's been 20 days.
I'm still at it.. Reading more days than not ( have had a few every so often that I missed ) and still moving along. Recently I've been doing a ketogenenic diet and it's made things much more challenging. I'm in the first week of the diet and it's known to cause fatigue and irritability but it's supposed to subside after a while. Things seemed much easier prior to diving into this diet.. So, in case anyone is thinking about doing it, just a word of caution - maybe not the right time.
Anywyay, I'm on Session 13 and moving along...slowly pecking away at those old beliefs..
