Hi @Shamsah_a I am also taking supplements. In The Anxiety & Phobia Workbook by Edmund Bourne he suggests taking:
•B-complex 50-100 mg twice daily
•Vitamin C 1000 mg twice daily (with bioflavonoids preferred)
I am currently taking Solaray B-complex 100, Country Life buffered vitamin C 1000mg with bioflavonoids & Nature Way's chamomile standardized. I take them all twice a day. I had moderate depression for about a year which prevented me from doing therapy most days. I started taking these supplements about 3 months ago & I no longer feel depressed! I do not feel the supplements have helped with my anxiety. All my improvements regarding anxiety I owe to therapy but because the supplements improved my mood I've been able to do my therapy consistently.
