Here is the link for the audio therapy series. Yes, it's a program to purchase. No, I'm not here to persuade you to purchase something. Yes, this community was set up by the Social Anxiety Institute with the aim first to provide a space for those using the series to connect and to discuss. But from the very beginning, it has been open to anyone who wants to post, for anyone with questions looking for answers. It's always good to connect, to talk and share. The solution focused conversation here is directed on the series and questions the series users have.
A quick search for me for "eye contact" came up with 50 results from this Community alone. Obviously those all won't be useful, necessarily, for you. But, I imagine that you'll have a lot of threads to catch up on which may be of value for you. See what other people have shared. Be aware that, like yourself, not everyone in this community is a series user, and, thus, their conversations and opinions will not be related to the structured therapy program. As you would with any discussion forum, take opinions with a grain of salt, and be your own best friend about what information here seems rational and best for you.
It's likely you are here to look for a real life path for overcoming social anxiety. Learn about that and decide what is the best path for you.
