I suffered terribly with this. And your spelling it out loud and clear, as to how we get this and how it just continues,
Cognitive behavior therapy is the only way to go, it's the whole thinking concept that's wrong,
You got this because you were second guessing what people thought of you? Worrying about it, That they were judging you and pulling you apart bit by bit.
But it is your irrational thoughts that make you feel this way.
And it's about relaxing and lifting the pressure off yourself,
LIKE NONE OF US ARE PERFECT, THERE IS NO PERFECT WAY TO LOOK, OR ACT, AND THERE IS NO PERFECT CONVERSATION, AND WE ALL MAKE MISTAKES, not only people with anxiety,
Like I had to really talk to myself about this, and relax and accept what's going to happen instead of fighting it, you find this lifts the pressure off yourself.
Now I find that there is a sense of relaxation when you look into a person eyes,
Because these people are not your enemies, so relax and let it go, relaxation excerises are great. You can over come this.
