Does anyone have a good solution to complete mental fatigue? I know it's partially caused by social anxiety. I always sleep flawlessly for 8 hours a night. Coffee does nothing no matter how much I drink of it. I can't just lay around all day hoping my energy will come back.
I found in the How to Temporarily Cut Down on Feelings of Anxiety handout: "anxiety and fear not only stress out bodies out, they make us feel fatigued and tired. You weren't fatigued from what you did; the fatigue is a result of your stress level, which is controllable through exercise. It's another paradox. The more active you get, the less tired and fatigued you are".
