I have read many studies showing that expressing gratitude is one of the greatest stress relievers and predictors of one's happiness in life. We should all be focusing more on the positive things, and finding things every day we can be GRATEFUL for!
Here are 5 things I am immensely grateful for today:
1) My lovely dog Lucy
2) My supportive and loving family
3) The roof over my head
4) The fact that I live in the U.S. and have access to so many opportunities
5) That I have been challenged and put through tests most of my life that I have grown from
