You should definitely listen to them. He answers most questions I see here in the audio. He explains a lot. It is the therapy, in a way. It is, in essence, the equivalent of an hour with a therapist, talking about the therapy. If you've been doing the handouts anyway and understand them, well you can gauge this - how best to review them. But do listen to the audio. It's full of good stuff and I think we should all, in fact, listen to it more than we usually do. It would be a lot to go back and listen to it all now. Maybe you can do one a day or whatever works for your schedule. More time spent is never a bad thing here.
