I'm going through a very stressful time in my life because being arrested. I'm going to court for something I haven't done. I'm also continuing to change my belief system at this time. Obviously this is extremely stressful and many of the strategies I have learned throughout this course are helping me cope with the stress. Am I wise to pause the audio series at this time? Does learning and applying new anxiety strategies potentially increase the anxiety during a stressful time? Or is it okay to continue with this despite needing stability more than usual.
i would say it depends on how much more stressful your life has become, either just keep going or go a little slower, but dont stop.
