Hi! I have some great info I want to share, but I am so computer un-savvy, I don't even know where the best place on this forum is to share it! I have done the whole program and I would have to say it's been a very positive experience, but my anxiety in some situations continued to be great. About three months ago, I went to see an Osteopath for a shoulder injury. I am also experiencing some hair loss which a dermatologist told me was due to auto immune disease and there was really nothing to be done about it as there are millions of auto immune diseases and to pin point one would be impossible. Anyway, Osteopath told me about Low Dose Naltroxene. It is a compounded medicine, that when used in it's High dose,40 mg and above, helps treat heroin and alcohol addicts come off the stuff. Anyways....sorry if this is confusing, so hard to write this all down....in it's Low Dose, 1 mg to 4.5, it has been shown to help people with pain, hence, my shoulder injury and some other pains I've had. Doc also said that maybe it would help with my hair loss as it's been shown to be great for auto immune diseases and cancer too. But my main point here is, doc said it has been known to help people with anxiety and depression. I have been on 3 mg for about 2 months and my social anxiety has all but gone. There are no side effects either. You need to find a compound pharmacy and I would encourage anyone out there to first, investigate this pill and see what you think. I hope this helps someone, I really do. The reason many doctor's don't know about this medicine is because the pharmaceutical industry can't make much money off it because it's so cheap to make. Anyway, just want to put this out there and I so hope it will help someone.
