Anyone from Boston using the series, interested in a meetup for this? Gia is proposing a great idea, which I know personally could be a big help to anyone looking to deal with social anxiety.
Gia, if people do not want to post here but want a way to reach you privately, do you have an email you could use here for that purpose? Maybe not your personal email - any free email you can set up for this pupose? This protects your privacy, too.
And I think it is a very good idea if you do find members using the series. As Dr. Richards notes: it is crucial that all members be on the "same page" working in a structured step by step way from the same cognitive behavioral therapy. Setting up these requirements is not only important, it's crucial to the success of the group, and to the success of each member.
Very proactive, Gia! I hope people respond to this post!
