Hi , I do get occasionaly the blushing thing but its not my major symptom . I would recommend that you try to place the thought that even if you did blush that its not that noticeable and that people dont care about that as much as u think . Another thing is because you dread blushing so much you are forcing it, so this is a parodox . you should try to do it on purpose instead of trying not to blush. Its not gonna work immediately but it will eventually .
I have a thing where I would look frightened or about to cry which i think is the root of my social anxiety , and so ive been trying this paradox where I try to do them on purpose instead of dreading them so much, and its been helping me alot .
