Last, maybe, 6-7 months I had a lot of problems and that made big impact on my social anxiety. I was working abroad and cause immigration problems I had to go home. I lost my job and everything I worked hard for. It surprised me very much also.
I still have same problems but I feel like I recovered and got over the hardest part. With help of forum members I learned how to get back on track.
Now, I can't say things are much better but I feel better and that I can live with my anxiety. Embarrassing moments still happen but I don't care anymore like I used to do. Now, i welcome them cause I know I have to get over some pain to get better.
I learned to focus on good things I sometimes do and congratulate my self for them. Now, I see much more of reasons to pat my back.
Anxiety will go down a lot in short time, I can feel it. Life seams much brighter and my motivation is great.
